This Error occurs if not all necessary resources can be found in the chosen target or the resources are corrupted.

If you are trying to build a dongle application please note, that the dongle targets are only used to generate loader files and to flash the application. do not choose dongle targets to build the application, choose a standard target configuration. Please read Zbrain SDK Z4 Software Manual, chapter 5.11 to learn more about ProgDongle programming.
