Always on Jumper

The functionality of the Go input, the RTC wakeup and the FPGA Kill signal can be overwritten with the Always on jumper.

The always on jumper (solder bridge) can be found below the sbRIO9651.
connect the two pads with a zero ohm resistor or a piece of wire.
