detailed description:
A: When the Ethernet open VI is executed after the ADC open VI has been executed, the application hangs without timeout.

B: The same happens, when the Ethernet open VI is executed prior to the ADC open VI but the Ethernet is plugged in later.

solution:
A: Workaround: make sure, the application executes the Ethernet open VI bevore the ADC open VI gets executed.
