Convert a Project for a different Hardware Target

Moving a project from one Zbrain Target to an other is done in two steps:

1. Replace all refnums with refnums from the new target palette.
   Note: all refnums are target specific. Replace them even if they have the same name and look the same (e.g. LED1 ↔ LED1)
2. Set the Target configuration. Alternatively you can generate a new project with the same VIs for the new target.
   This sets the target configuration automatically.
