topic: move file when target already exists does not work

detailed description When a file is copied with the ZB.files.file.copy.vi and the target file already exists, the file will not be copied and the vi exits without error message.

solution workaround: delete the target file before executing the copy vi.
The behavior of the vi will be fixed in one of the next updates
