This site describes the system requirements for Zbrain SDK Z4.
Operating System
Recommended : Windows 7 (32&64Bit), Windows XP-SP2/3
Not Recommended : Windows Vista
Read here for Windows 8

(Please check your Zbrain SDK version)
Note:
Zbrain SDK Z4 for LabVIEW 2011/2013 can coexist with Zbrain SDK Z3 for LabVIEW 2009, both versions can be installed on the computer.
